Chapter meeting October 10, 2018

Dear (ISC)² Member:

Please join the (ISC)² Aberdeen Chapter for our Open Chapter Meeting on 10 October 2018 from 6:00PM to 7:30PM at T2S Solutions, 4685 Millennium Drive, Belcamp, MD 21017. The meeting is free and open to everyone interested in learning more about information systems security.

Topic: Impacts of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning on Security

Description: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are force multipliers and enablers for both attackers and defenders. Their integration into cyber-physical systems also bridges the gap between cyber and physical security threats and is cause for concern. They are not without their own attack surfaces either. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms possess their own unique attack surface with corresponding threats. We will introduce these concepts, concerns and attack surfaces to help the community to understand the constantly evolving risks and threats that we face in security.

All webinars will be held at 8:00 AM PT /11:00 AM ET / 4:00 PM UK

Moderated by Matt Kelly, CEO and Editor of Radical Compliance

A three-part webinar series presented by AccessData

As the volume of data that companies possess grows exponentially, so do the risks of data breach, burdensome e-discovery, and forensics investigations gone awry. IT security departments, compliance officers, audit teams, and legal departments must band together to anticipate and address those threats effectively. Navigating these unchartered waters can seem daunting, and not always do companies have a compass to guide the way.

This three-part webinar series will tap leading organizations on how they chart a course to face today’s challenges in information risk; devise strategies and techniques for investigating sprawling data; and explore the impact of changing regulation on data governance and compliance.

Register now at http://bit.ly/2szneQS

Please share this invitation with any friends or colleagues who might also be interested. A recording of the webinar will be made available at Forensic Focus at a later date.
